Please note there is NO on-site parking at the venue. We have arranged a shuttle service to and from the venue. * Shuttles will depart every 15 minutes from Hotel Shattuck Plaza.
* The first shuttle departs at 2:00 PM. The last shuttle will depart at 3:30 PM. Note the tea ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, with the ceremony following at 4:15 PM.
* Shuttle Schedules will be distributed at the hotel front desk, with time-slot assignments. Please click here to sign up for a shuttle seat.
* Shuttles will also be provided to bring guests back to Hotel Shattuck Plaza after the reception.
